We were very pleased with the overall service we received for our new deck. We were given a detailed overview of the work and were also provided with examples of stores we could visit to see examples of the materials and designs we could consider. Paul negotiated with us to ensure we got the best possible materials for the best possible price. Overall very price competitive to the other 3 quotes we got for similar designs.
The work began as scheduled and the demolition of the old deck was quick and all the mess was removed so that it was safe for our dogs to use the yard until the build began. Due to inclement weather, the build took a couple of days longer than planned, but we were consistently kept in the loop on the progress. The work crew also ensured a nice step was put into place each day so the dogs could continue to enter/exit the house when work was not in progress. The final product exceeded our expectations. In particular we really love the adjustable privacy wall that allows air and sun when we want, privacy when we need it. Indeed we got a lot of compliments on the overall appearance from all the neighbours, even those we rarely connect with.
We are very happy with the results and definitely would recommend Mighty Decks to anyone looking for a beautiful addition to their home.

There are lots of people who can provide the type of service we were looking for. In the end you can only evaluate the firms when the work is done - and sometimes the best evaluation can be based on how the firm handled the 'unexpected'. Well, our 'unexpected' saw Mighty Decks step up and take the issues right on and assure our satisfaction not only with the finished product, but throughout the process. Their work was very complete, from planning and layout to site clean up and replacing scratched materials (glass railing panel) originally provided from supplier - not waiting/hoping that I wouldn't notice.
